Lt Col Sherry Jones, the Special Advisor to the National Commander for Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), will again teach an International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF) approved CISM: Group Crisis Intervention Course as a pre-course to the National Board and convention this summer. The CISM: Group Crisis Intervention Course is a pre-requisite to being a member of a CAP Critical Incident Stress Team. This two-day course will be run from 8am to 5pm on the 15th and 16th of August. Course materials and two breaks each day are provided as part of the participant fee of $35, but students will be responsible for their own meals, lodging, and transportation. There are limited slots (30) for this course that will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis as you register for the conference.
