Bio: Chaplain Strahl has been a member of CAP for fourteen years and has served units in MIWG and ILWG as well a serving as a Deputy Wing Chaplain in MIWG until her transfer to ILWG in 2002. She began CISM training in 2002 and to date has taken eight ICISF courses. In additin she has earned an ICISF certificate of Specialized Training in Spiritual Care in Crisis Intervention and is an ICISF approved instructor for the Individual/Peer Course. She has served on the ILWG CIS Team since 2004 and supported various GLR and wing conference workshops on CISM. She in also a member of the Blackhawk Regional CISM Team in North Central Illinois.
